CE Lighting R&D center was formed ever since we moved into the new office building in 2001. To keep ahead in world markets, and create products that recognize technology and the environment, CEL has a loyal large team of exceptional engineers and designers, all using the latest equipment and materials to advance products for tomorrow markets. Improving the obvious and breaking new ground is the CEL way of market leadership. Creating any product requires conformity to various world standards, and to ensure full conformity CEL has extensive in-house Laboratory facilities. All products are tested.
In December 2003, CE Lighting was granted as the lighting center in Shenzhen by the municipal government, which symbolizes the new chapter of product research and development ability.
The recent success stories includes designing a huge light fitting (over 6m high and 250Kg in weight) using 20,000 LEDs for the Bank Of China Shenzhen. We are applying for the world Guinness recording for it now.
CE Lighting safety lab was qualified as Testing at Manufacturer's Premise (TMP) testing site by Intertek ETL SEMKO in August 2006, and was certificated to be appointed test site by TUV Rheinland, that means the lab has been authorized for safety technology service. |
